A. Our FREE party consultation is our absolutely free service available to you in which one of our professional party consultants guides you to the appropriate products you need for a successful party.

Q. What types of payment do you accept?

A. We accept PayPal and PayPal Express. We also accept American Express, Mastercard, Discover, and Visa. In addition to that, we accept cashier’s checks and money orders.

Q. When I go to checkout my order I get a message on my computer about your site’s security certificate, what does this mean?

A. Our online store is commerce enabled by ProStores Inc. which provides an SSL certificate that is shared between our online store and ProStores Inc. The certificate is in the name of ProStores Inc. which is why you see this message. If you choose to go on after this message you will see that the domain address for the checkout page begins with “https” which denotes the layer of security.

Q. Do you have items for diabetics?

A. Yes. Celebrations Made Easy Inc. carries a “Sugar Free Treat Bag” and a “No Candy Treat Bag” which are suitable for customers with diabetes.

Q. Do have items suitable for customers with food allergies?

A. Yes. Celebrations Made Easy Inc. carries a “No Candy Treat Bag” which is suitable for customers with food allergies.

Q. What is your “Sugar Free Treat Bag”?

A. Our “Sugar Free Treat Bag” is one of our special treat bags containing sugar free candies.

Q. What is your “No Candy Treat Bag”?

A. Our “No Candy Treat Bag” is one of our special treat bags containing party favors only.

Q. Do you have items for infants and/or toddlers?

A. Yes. Our “Infant/Toddler Treat Bag” is one of our special treat bags and contains items that are suitable for children under 3. The “Infant/Toddler Treat Bag” does not contain candy.

Q. What is your “Economy Treat Bag”?

A. Our “Economy Treat Bag” is one of our special treat bags that is priced and packaged specially for bulk orders with a minimum quantity order of 50 treat bags.

Q. What does your “Double Candy Option” mean?

A. Our “Double Candy Option” means that for the additional price of $0.45 per treat bag we will put double the original amount of candy in each treat bag.

Q. What does your “Triple Candy Option” mean?

A. Our “Triple Candy Option” means that for the additional price of $0.85 per treat bag we will put triple the original amount of candy in each treat bag.

Q. What does your “Ribbon Option” mean?

A. Our “Ribbon Option’ means that for the additional price of $0.10 per treat bag we will decorate each treat bag with ribbon.

Q. How can I purchase your “Double Candy”, “Triple Candy”, and/or “Ribbon” Options?

A. To purchase our “Double Candy”, “Triple Candy”, and/or “Ribbon” Options, simply search for the option/options that you wish to add to your treat bag order, then enter the number of bags that you want to have the “Double Candy”, “Triple Candy”, and/or “Ribbon” Options added to. This number should not exceed the number of treat bags you are purchasing.

Q. Can I add your “Double Candy”, “Triple Candy”, and/or “Ribbon” Options to my order after I have already checked out?

A. In the event that after you checkout your order you wish to add one or more of these options to your order please contact us at (904)755-6355 or at customerservice@celebrationsmadeeasy.net with your order number and we will upgrade your order depending on its status (unshipped/shipped).

Q. What is the difference between a “Basic” treat bag and a “Deluxe” treat bag?

A. A “Basic” treat bag includes candies and party favors. A “Deluxe” treat bag includes the same candies and party favors as a “Basic” treat bag plus additional party favors.

Q. Can you add other items to themed treat bags?

A. Yes. Contact our Customer Service Department at (904)755-6355 or customerservice@celebrationsmadeeasy.net and they will offer you a list of additional items that compliment the theme of the treat bag of your choice.

Q. Do you sell party favors separately?

A. Yes. We sell most of our party favors separately.

Q. Do you cater to public organizations?

A. Yes. We accept, assemble, and ship orders for public organizations.

Q. Do you cater to bulk orders?

A. Yes. We accept, assemble, and ship bulk orders.

Q. Do you cater to small parties?

A. Yes. We cater to small parties as long as their orders meet our minimum purchase order of $15.

Q. Do you make custom treat bags?

A. Yes. We make custom treat bags.

Q. What would a custom treat bag include?

A. Custom treat bags are made to order and their contents will vary. Their contents would have to be arranged with one of our customer service professionals.

Q. How much would a custom treat bag cost?

A. The cost of a custom treat bag would vary and would have to be arranged with one of our customer service professionals.

Q. Am I able to purchase one bag from several different themes in one order?

A. Yes.

Q. What are your shipping rates?

A. Our shipping rates are as follows:

If your shopping total is between $0.01 - $15.00 you will pay $2.00 shipping

If your shopping total is between $15.01 - $25.00 you will pay $4.00 shipping

If your shopping total is between $25.01 - $50.00 you will pay $8.00 shipping

If your shopping total is between $50.01 - $100.00 you will pay $12.00 shipping

If your shopping total is between $100.01 - $500.00 you will pay $20.00 shipping

If your shopping total is between $500.01 - $750.00 you will pay $25.00 shipping

If your shopping total is more than $750.00 your shipping is FREE
